                             RESOLUTION NO.   19969 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF COUNCIL FIRE DRIVE,
                   MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, ON
                   MONDAY AND TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20-21, 1993,
                   FOR THE "COUNCIL FIRE SENIORS PRO AM" UNDER
                   THE SPONSORSHIP OF COUNCIL FIRE, UNDER
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closure of Council Fire Drive from Julian Road to
       Scrapeshin Drive from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily on Monday and
       Tuesday, September 20-21, 1993, for the presentation of the
       "Council Fire Seniors Pro Am" sponsored by Council Fire.  The
       sponsors are responsible for the installation and removal of all
       traffic control devices (such as barricades, road closed and
       detour signs) in accordance with the traffic control plan 
attached
       hereto and shall provide, at all times, an access lane for
       emergency and residential vehicles.
